This is what I saw when I typed in "nobody cares" in the Bluesky search bar, lol
Talarico leads both Cornyn, Paxton in new poll of Texas' U.S. Senate race
The poll, conducted by Texas Public Opinion Research from April 17 to 20, found Talarico leading Sen. John Cornyn by three percentage points, 44% to 41%. The Austin Democrat leads Attorney General Ken Paxton by a margin of five percentage points, 46% to 41%. The survey included 1,018 likely general election voters and had a margin of error of +/-3.3 percentage points.

sucker - a person easily cheated or deceived
example: Senator John Fetterman
Gas prices, food prices, housing prices, rent prices, unaffordable healthcare, paychecks not keeping up with the cost of living. I'm certain that these issues concern Pennsylvanians, not the funding of a ballroom the con artist "has maintained that the multi-million-dollar project will be paid by private donations and not by taxpayers."
https://www.pbs.org/newshour/politics/whos-paying-for-trumps-300-million-ballroom
It's pretty laughable that Fetterman talks of TDS, a fabricated claim used only by people who are so gullible, so easily fooled by this con artist, that they place the con artist above everything else. That's derangement. That's a sucker.
My only comment about the WHCD incident is that I'm not surprised, I'm not concerned and I really don't care
No one was killed, not even the alleged suspect, and no guests or journalists were injured.
Since the start of 2026 there have been over 120 mass shootings in our country. Over 3,800 people have died and over 6,500 people have been injured. It's been just a little over three months since this administration shot and killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
Not a single person in this administration and very few of the guests who attended this event have ever shown any sincere concern or care about the epedimic of gun violence in this country.
Again, no one at this event was killed or injured. It's difficult for me to have concern when the attitude of those involved is gun violence for thee but not for me.
A Trump pledge is falling flat as Ohio musical instrument plant closes
A three-time Trump voter, Czika raised the idea in early January with union colleagues of publicly calling out Paulson to try to save the Conn Selmer plant. The strategy was to pressure Paulson by linking the closure to Trump's pledge to revive American manufacturing. During the 2024 campaign, Paulson had criticized U.S. companies for offshoring jobs.
But the United Auto Workers public campaign including a rally at which local officials assailed Paulson, social‑media videos and an online petition to the White House seeking Trumps intervention failed to avert the closure. The Eastlake, Ohio, factory is set to shut at the end of June, costing 150 jobs.

Sad to hear this but nobody should be surprised. The con artist and his wealthy pals have never cared about economic impacts on regular everyday people.
Read the full statement to KRON4 from senior staff on Swalwell's team below
We stand with our former colleague, and the other women who have come forward. We believe you should stand with them, too.
The behavior detailed in these reports is abhorrent, beneath the dignity of those serving in public office and betrays the trust of all Californians.
We also understand that we lead teams who need guidance and stability now, more than ever. We are focused on supporting our colleagues during this challenging time.
Any decision of staff members to remain in their roles in the interim should not be viewed as support for Eric Swalwell. We recognize that not everyone in particular our junior staff can immediately forfeit their income and benefits without significant personal risk or consequence. Our responsibility now is to them.
We, more than he, understand that we have obligations to the people we lead and to the constituents of Californias 14th Congressional District. Those of us that remain on staff do so for the sole purpose of ensuring that as many of those obligations are fulfilled as possible.

So yeah, the con artist was elected despite his history of criminal, fraudulent and yes, sexually abusive behavior
and that says a lot about how depraved a large enough portion of our society is.
I would never attempt to speak for all women, but I, and many women I know, found it deeply and personally offensive that such unacceptable and abusive behavior was ignored or downplayed to such an extent that his election was possible.
It felt personal. Like people just don't care.
At this current moment we are all witnessing the lengths some will go through to protect men and women who sexually abused children in the Epstein matter.
It should never be ok to protect such deviant, horrific behavior.
Obviously there is a vast degree of difference between such heinous sexual abuses and assaults and other sexually inappopriate behaviors such as sexual harassment and unwanted and unconsented sexual advances. But none of these behaviors should be acceptable.
I believe that most people are able to go to work without attempting to kiss, grope, send nude photos, make sexual advances or jump into bed with intoxicated young people who work for them. I don't care how big your ego is, or how cute you think you are, you should never assume that people want you to interact with them in this manner. It's not normal. Again, most people do not do this. This is not workplace romance, it's repetitive, inappropriate behavior.
Whether Swalwell decides to resign or not, I will not pretend that any of this is OK or appropriate. I'm not going to downplay it, ignore it, or act like it's a no biggie. It's not too much to ask for people to behave appropriately at work. Most people are able to do so. We will never have a healthy society until we insist on as much.

The administration ignores these concerns and makes them worse by cutting programs to pay for Trump's war with Iran.

Regarding the con artist/hospital rumors
Just speaking with my husband about it, and I said to him that in the past when there have been rumors that a sitting President had been hospitalized I would feel concern and worry.
He said to me, "oh you still feel concern and worry, just concern and worry that it's not true and that he's ok".
